Yampatika Summer Camp

Yampatika offers programs year-round for both youth and adults. Our programs include school-based programs, seasonal walks and tours for adults and programs at our Environmental Learning Center at Legacy Ranch in Steamboat Springs. We are the only organization in the Yampa Valley focused on common sense environmental stewardship for individuals of all ages.

Yampatika’s mission is to inspire environmental stewardship through education. Our summer day camp program is a unique environmental education focused summer camp. Each week has a week-long theme and most days include a field trip. Yampatika Camp Naturalists are highly trained educators and our camps maintain a 6:1 camper to Naturalist ratio.
